FINCA LA SOFIA CABERNET

This deep red 40% Tempranillo, 40% Malbec, 10% each Merlot and Syrah (2011) has a pronounced nose of tarragon, raspberries, cranberries and cedar. On the palate the wine is soft, and full with flavours of red fruits, cranberries, raspberries and a lingering sweet spicy cedar finish. Acidity is refreshing and tannins are chewy but manageable.
