Buoncristiani’s 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts gorgeous depth and purity from start to finish. Layers of juicy, black fruit, spices, mint and tobacco are supported by clean veins of minerality that give the wine its focus, tension and length. This beautifully balanced wine should be cellared for another 1-2 years and enjoyed over the following decade. The blend is 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Malbec and 2% Merlot. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2024.
