Colour: Pale amber
Body: Medium
Nose: Sherry with saltiness and grassy peatiness
Palate: Silky and malty with herbal fruitiness and bitterness and some pepper
Finish: Grassy and peaty with oil and some very late seaweed touches
This is fun stuff, a rare chance to taste a high-quality peaty malt at a relatively young age.
